• All tickets for all attractions are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made 45 days before arrival will incur a penalty of 25% of the total booking amount.

• Cancellations made 30 days before arrival will incur a penalty of 50% of the total booking amount.

• Cancellations made 21 days before arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the total booking amount.

• Cancellations not confirmed by ESCAPE TO DUBAI will be treated as a no-show and will incur a 100% charge of the booking amount.

• Visas once issued will incur a 100% fee.
