All tickets for all attractions are non-refundable.

Shared and private tours must be canceled 48 hours before the tour start time, otherwise it will be considered a no-show and full charges will apply.

For Completed Purchases:

Cancellations made 45 days before arrival will incur a penalty of 25% of the total booking amount.

Cancellations made 30 days before arrival will incur a penalty of 50% of the total booking amount.

Cancellations made 21 days before arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the total booking amount.

Cancellations not confirmed by ESCAPE TO DUBAI will be treated as a no-show and will incur a 100% charge of the booking amount.

Visas once issued will incur a 100% fee.
